Frequently Asked Questions

Parking is available on street and in local public parking lots.

Parking directly in front of the studio is for 1 hour parking only.

You are not required to preregister for class. However, please do if you can’t arrive for class at least 10 minutes early. This will speed up the check-in process and get you to zen sooner 🙂

If attending a workshop, please preregister to save your spot. Our workshops commonly sell out. We cannot ensure that you will be able to attend without prior registration through our workshop page. If you are able to register through our website, you will be ensured your spot in the event 😉

We understand that things happen. Please leave early planning time for travel, parking and check-in. In consideration of the students that are attending class we can not delay our start times. Once class has begun, the front door will be locked for the security and serenity of our yogi’s.
Don’t worry about it, just come to class. You aren’t required to pre-register for regular classes. If you are new to the studio, please arrive 15 minutes early, leaving time to set up your membership upon check-in.
No. Hot Yoga is typically practiced in a 100° room. Mantra Yoga is a warm studio. All of our classes are 75°- 80°. You will sweat: not because the room is hot but rather due to your natural internal fire.
Perfect! We were all new to yoga once. Whether you’re tight in the body, mind and just plain stressed. Yoga is for you! Our classes are all levels. We offer “Basic’s” classes and softer practices to get you up and ready to flow. You will learn the practice and discover how good it makes you feel.
