We're thrilled to introduce our newest yoga class, RootSerenity, starting Sunday, September 15th, at 10 AM with Marlena. This class is now part of our yoga schedule and is designed specifically for you—whether you're new to yoga, returning to the studio after a break, or looking to improve your yoga alignment and deepen your practice.
