This transformational experience is for those who are simply looking to deepen their personal practice as modern-day yogis and those who have a desire to teach professionally. This training will root you in both the art and science of yoga and is designed to align with your demanding schedule. OVER THE COURSE OF THIS 100 HR MANTRA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING YOU WILL EXPLORE: • Asanas — Yoga Postures, how to modify, postural alignment, and injury prevention. • Anatomy and Kinesiology — as it applies to a holistic yoga practice. • Teaching for Special Circumstances­ — Prenatal and injury modifications. • Pranayama — foundational breath techniques for desired results • Teaching Methodology — finding your authentic voice, creating & holding space, effective cueing, observation, and hands-on assists. • Sequencing — Effective and dynamic sequences for desired results. • Ayurveda — An overview of yogas sister science of well-being and how to incorporate it into your life. • Meditation — Various techniques for teaching and applying in daily life. All participants will receive a manual for greater depth of understanding and unlimited classes with Marlena through the end of this training. With the successful completion of our four immersion modules, you'll receive certification as a Hatha Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga Teacher allowing you to not only be ready and well prepared to teach yoga, but also live a more fulfilling, rewarding life. *** Limited Capacity under 10 participants.
